Please use the "Account #" on your correspondence from when making a payment or contact our office for details if you do not have this information.

Sign in to online banking. Go to email money transfers. Add a new recipient.
Recipient name: Maple Financial Recovery
Email address:

Go to send money. Select recipient. Enter payment amount.
Security question: What is your Customer’s Last Name?
Security answer: (Customer’s Last Name)

To Pay in Person

Walk ins are welcome to pay in person. Please bring your letter, your ID and payment documents depending on method of payment you would like to process (Certified Funds only: bank draft, cash, money order or certified cheque.). Your payment will be accepted at the Reception Desk at our office.

CIBC Accelerated Deposit

Funds can only be deposited at a CIBC branch. Certified Funds only: bank draft, cash, money order or certified cheque.

Pay Online

If you prefer to use web banking services provided by your bank, here are the steps you can take to set it up in your web banking profile:

  1. Login to your bank account online.
  2. Click on “Edit Payees”.
  3. Click on “Add a Payee”.
  4. Inside the search box type one of the following:
    Maple Financial Recovery
  5. When you find the record please click "Add" button to add Maple Financial Recovery to your payee list.
  6. Next you’ll see the option to pay this company now.
  7. Please print the receipt for your own records.
